The problem
A hand car wash business was managing payments through cash, WhatsApp messages, and handwritten notes. Sessions were untracked, disputes were common, and revenue reporting was impossible.
The operator needed a way to handle multi-mode payments, track active sessions per vehicle, and get end-of-day clarity — without a generic POS that ignored their workflow.
The solution
A lean, purpose-built payment and session management system. Staff can start a session, assign it to a bay, collect payment via cash, card, transfer, or voucher — all logged instantly.
